This is a particular type of Japanese martial arts, which does not focus only on teaching combat and defence techniques, but places the search forbalance of body and spirit in the foreground. A variant officially born in 1978 thanks to the studies of master Yoshinao Nanbu, who will be in Figline for the entire weekend to curate this double appointment.
In particular, the aim of the event - organised by the Worldwide Nanbudo Federation, the Nanbudo school 'Iamori Dojo' and UISP Unione Italiana Sport per Tutti, with the patronage of the municipality of Figline and Incisa Valdarno - is to enable its participants not only to acquire physical strength, but also to improve their health and learn to control themselves, using exercises aimed at developing a strong and positive mind.
For spectators, admission is free.
