From the field to the table: Waiting for Autumnia is back, a journey to (re)discover Tuscan cuisine
In anticipation of the great fair dedicated to agriculture, food and the environment, 'Waiting for Autumnia' is back: seven events over five weekends and a route 'from the field to the table', rediscovering Tuscan cuisine and its ingredients through tastings, walks, guided tours and conferences.
It starts with the quince: Saturday 9 October, a walk through the woods, olive grove, vineyard and orchards of the Poderaccio farm in San Michele a Incisa. Ancient species typical of the area are cultivated here, with which preserves and jams are still made as in the past.
The event is free of charge and reserved for a maximum of 25 people.
Meeting at 3 p.m., registration required by writing to info@agripoderaccio.it or calling 348.7804197.
Green pass compulsory.
