From the field to the table: Waiting for Autumnia is back, a journey to (re)discover Tuscan cuisine
In anticipation of the great fair dedicated to agriculture, food and the environment, 'Waiting for Autumnia' is back: seven events over five weekends and a route 'from the field to the table', rediscovering Tuscan cuisine and its ingredients through tastings, walks, guided tours and conferences.
To conclude Aspettando Autumnia, a lunch based on ingredients of Tuscan cuisine: on Sunday 7 November, from 12 noon at theAgriturismo San Leo in Figline, the menu will range from black crostino to pappa al pomodoro, from yellow pumpkin to zolfino beans, with a short presentation by the chef who will also illustrate how the way of cooking has changed, from ancient to modern.
