From the field to the table: Waiting for Autumnia is back, a journey to (re)discover Tuscan cuisine
In anticipation of the great fair dedicated to agriculture, food and the environment, 'Waiting for Autumnia' is back: seven events over five weekends and a route 'from the field to the table', rediscovering Tuscan cuisine and its ingredients through tastings, walks, guided tours and conferences.
At Casa Me' Mà they put their "Hands in the Pastry": on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m., at the venue on Copernico Street in Figline, a workshop on creating traditional baked goods, preceded by an aperitif.
