The Reading Circle curated by BiblioCoop volunteers meets every third Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. At each meeting, a book is chosen to be read and commented on during the next meeting.
For Tuesday, Oct. 15, John Edwart Williams' novel Stoner (1965) has been chosen: it is the story of William Stoner, a life divided between ill-fated love affairs and a suffering career. The book will be covered and discussed in depth at the Figline BiblioCoop on Hungary Street (in the Coop.fi shopping center).
The event is part of theOctober-December Literary Agenda; among the scheduled initiatives, also organized by MCL Fanin Circle, Il Giardino Association, Semmelweis Literary Circle and the Municipality of Figline and Incisa V.no, those by the BiblioCoop will be Saturday, Oct. 26 (BiblioCoop Festival) and Tuesday, Nov. 19 (Reading Circle).
