"It will be a pleasure to finally meet again at the Garibaldi, to see it open, active and filled, albeit within the limits dictated by anticovid protocols, with its public - comments Culture Councillor Francesca Farini. This is a symbolic reopening that comes after a period of forced closure due to the pandemic, during which the Culture Department nonetheless ingeniously proposed alternative forms of entertainment, taking advantage of digital tools and online channels. I am referring to both the animated readings produced by the municipal libraries and the interactive show 'The Wizard of Ozz,' donated for Christmas to our citizens and in the past weeks to local schools, which have appreciated it for its innovative formula: allowing the viewer to become an active part of the story, deciding from time to time the fate of Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow and the Lion. In addition, a rich schedule of summer events is already ready, which will be held in various places in the area, including the Theater Arena, where in addition to performances there will be space for music and reading."
