It will be an evening dedicated to travel literature the one scheduled for Aug. 24 at the Perlamora Cultural Center (Via Golfonaia, 29 - Pavelli Location).
The appointment is at 9:30 p.m. with Niccolò Rinaldi (writer and former member of the European Parliament) who presents his book "Around the World in Fifty Barbers" (Stampa Alternativa editions). It is a novel centered on a personal experience of the author, who in twenty-five years has lived in different parts of the world for work, where he had the opportunity to experience local customs. These include haircuts: an experience often linked to a fondness for the barber of one's choice.
Margherita Azzari, professor of Applied Geography at the University of Florence, and Antonio Cozza, hairdresser in Figline and Incisa Valdarno, spoke.
Giusy Rossi moderates.
Also on display during the evening will be some original plates inspired by the book "To Buy the City of Stockholm. A Tale on the Phone" by Gianni Rodari, with drawings by Barbara Cantini.
