There are 16 finalist short stories in the Petrarca.Fiv literary competition chosen by the competition's technical jury. The word now goes to the popular jury, with the two evenings of public readings scheduled for 27 November and 4 December at the Ridotto of the Garibaldi Theatre.
This will be followed on Saturday 4 December at 6 pm by the second round of public readings of the texts, in the presence of some of the authors. The public will then have their say.
The third edition of the literary competition has the theme 'Sharing the Future'. For the first classified there is a prize of publication in a volume edited by the Municipality of Figline and Incisa Valdarno and the Association L'Eco del Nulla. For the first time this year, a special section dedicated only to residents of Figline and Incisa Valdarno will be introduced in the volume. The author of the story judged the best overall will also receive a cash prize of 500 euro.
Possession of the Green Pass is compulsory.
