It will be Leo Gullotta who will take the stage at Figline's Garibaldi Theater next weekend. On Feb. 4 and 5, in fact, "Spirito Allegro" will be staged in Serristori Square: a play based on the play of the same name by Noel Coward, dated 1940 and centered on the theme of death.
The version directed by Fabio Grossi is very faithful to the original, albeit with some new elements, especially in relation to the scenic devices functional to tell the supernatural element and the average age of the characters, which is lower than in the original.
The Diana Or.i.s. Productions company will perform on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 9 p.m. (subscription "A" shift) and Sunday, Feb. 5 at 4:30 p.m. (subscription "C" shift).
Tickets can be purchased online or at the theater's box office in Serristori Square. In the former case, they will be available for purchase as early as today, Monday, Jan. 30, through the Box office circuit or by logging on directly at www.teatrogaribaldi.it; in the latter case, from Wednesday, Feb. 1, during the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or, alternatively, at all UniCoop Firenze supermarket entrance boxes (in Figline it is in Via Ungheria).
