Figline Street Food, with its 18 food trucks from all over Italy, from April 20 to 22 will be the first event of the traveling tour Better Food Festival, organized by Better Food under the patronage of the City of Figline and Incisa Valdarno.
Street food has conquered all the squares of Italy thanks to a simple and fun formula involving great food, colorful and often vintage vans in a very engaging party atmosphere. In Figline there will be entertainment for young and old, lots of music, games and, on Saturday and Sunday, various juggling, balancing and comedy shows by fantasist Andrea Vanni.
However, the highlight will be the food baked by the mobile kitchens in Ficino Square and will try to meet the preferences of all palates: from classic piadina to Indian food,
from fried potatoes to fried fish, from burgers to vegetarian food to arrosticini, Better Food Festival in Figline offers an extraordinary kaleidoscope of aromas and flavors. Craft beer, wine, cocktail corner will instead be the elements that will compose the Better Food bar always oriented to the highest quality. Piazza Marsilio Ficino, in the heart of the historic center, will be the backdrop for this new event and will be set up with tables to enjoy street food in peace and with a convivial atmosphere.
In addition, on Saturday 21, as part of the Festival, AIFeCS and CNPS (associations that work actively and nationally in the field of safety in the workplace) will be in the square with the initiative "A Basket Against Injuries!" with the possibility of free throws open to all who wish to participate. The awareness-raising initiative will be promoted in anticipation of April 28, "World Safety at Work Day," on which date the same associations have organized a basketball triangular. During the initiative, which will take place on the 21st, the presentation of bibs to players will take place and the best square player will be awarded.

"It is a kind of event (and cuisine) that Figline and Incisa appreciates very much at other major events such as Autumnia, and we are sure that Better Food, the promoter of this initiative and for years involved in initiatives of this kind throughout Tuscany, will know how to involve the people of Valdarno in the best way possible in this experience of food, music and entertainment.
