New appointment on Feb. 2 at Figline's Teatro Garibaldi, included in the 2016-17 concert season. It is there in fact that, starting at 9 p.m., the Orchestra of Tuscany will return to perform, in music by Rossini, Mendelssohn-Bartholdy and Beethoven, under the direction of maestro Daniel Smith.
Also performing on stage along with the ORT on violin will be Anna Tifu, born in 1986 but already a promise of international classical music. After ten years of studying with violinist Salvatore Accardo, the turning point for the young violinist's career came in 2007, when she won the "George Enescu" competition in Bucharest. Among her collaborations, she boasts collaborations with conductors Gustavo Dudamel and Diego Matheuz.
