From the field to the table: Waiting for Autumnia is back, a journey to (re)discover Tuscan cuisine
In anticipation of the great fair dedicated to agriculture, food and the environment, 'Waiting for Autumnia' is back: seven events over five weekends and a route 'from the field to the table', rediscovering Tuscan cuisine and its ingredients through tastings, walks, guided tours and conferences.
Not only among vegetable gardens and farms, Tuscan cuisine can also be found in literature. "Books at the Tip of the Fork" is the appointment on Saturday, Oct. 23, at 6 p.m., at the Gilberto Rovai Public Library in Incisa, promoted as part of the review "A Square of Books" and dedicated precisely to a literary roundup of texts in which, in different ways in terms of era and style, traditional dishes appear. An appointment in collaboration with The Celibate Machines.
The meeting will conclude with an aperitif.
Admission is free, reservations required online or at 055 9125304.
Green Pass compulsory.
30 people maximum.
