Food in the history of different peoples
On the occasion of Waiting for Autumnia and A Square of Books, the City of Figline and Incisa Valdarno is organizing a workshop for children ages 8 to 11 in collaboration with OpenLab of the University of Florence.
Where does food come from and how is it prepared? The evolution of food in major historical eras and different habits in different peoples, with activities such as "spices" and "odor memory."
