The series of in-depth meetings organized by the Marsilio Ficino Institute, under the patronage of the City Council and with the contribution of the Regional Council of Tuscany, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the enactment of the Italian Constitution will conclude on March 17.
After the inaugural meeting on Friday, March 2, which featured the participation of the president emeritus of the Constitutional Court, Ugo De Siervo, and the one on Friday, March 9, when the in-depth discussion was curated by university professors Alessandra Tarquini and Stefano Ceccanti, on Saturday, March 17, it is Leonardo Bianchi's (professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Florence) turn to speak on "Powers and Institutions of the Republic: State and Autonomies." Bruno Meucci, professor of History and Philosophy classical and scientific high school "Marsilio Ficino," will preside. The meeting will be held at 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Please note that the purpose of the initiative, which is part of the annual history conference sponsored by the Institute, is to spread more knowledge about the Constitutional Charter.
