Meetings with authors in the new quarter of reading promotion events in the area restart on Saturday, April 7.
It is a review titled "Literary Agenda for a Reading Community" dedicated to adults and children and organized by the City Council in collaboration with Conkarma, Fanin Circle, Il Giardino Association, BiblioCoop Reading Point and Zimmer Club Association.
The event on Saturday, April 7, consists of the presentation of the book "I figli di El" by Lorenzo Mugnai, and will be held at the Marsilio Ficino Library (via Locchi, Figline) at 5:30 p.m. Curating the meeting with the author will be the association ZIMMERCLUB - Friends of the Figline Library.
The theme of the meeting (and the book) is diversity. The protagonist of "The Children of El," Luke, belongs to an alien race, which has taken refuge on Earth and is threatened by a hunter, ready to exterminate it.
