A meeting entitled "Europe. Between Past, Present and Future," organized by the same circle, together with the Social and Labor Pastoral Office of the Diocese of Fiesole and in collaboration with the periodical "Il Valdarno."
All this comes 60 years after the birth of the European Community, an anniversary that coincides with the signing of the Treaties of Rome that, in 1957, kicked off the integration process that led to today's European Union.
Prof. Daniela Ropelato (professor of Political Science at Sophia University of Loppiano), Prof. Bernhard Collebaut (professor of Sociology at Sophia University of Loppiano) and MEP Nicola Dantiwill speak.
Moderating, however, will be Marco Cardi (head of the pastoral service society and labor of the Diocese of Fiesole).
The appointment is set for 9:15 p.m.
Free admission.
