On the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution, Figline and Incisa is also working on a calendar of themed initiatives to be held throughout the month of November. A way to remember an event of great historical and cultural significance and to understand its causes and consequences through in-depth meetings and performances.
The first appointment is set for Nov. 3 at 5:30 p.m. at the Ariano Hall of the Fanin Circle (Via Magherini Graziani 3, Figline). It is there that Prof. Sergio Sammicheli will curate a lecture on "The Ideological and Historical Framework of the Russian Revolution of 1917."
Upcoming events, which will be held from Nov. 10 onward, will be announced soon at www.fiv-eventi.it and on the City's other information channels. Admission is free.
