Last appointment with the theme 'Mercatali e Castelli', launched by the Sistema Museale Chianti Valdarno for the 2015 events.
After the market in Figline, we move to Incisa on 13 December for a day of family-friendly events.
It starts in Piazza Santa Lucia, with the Christmas market organised by the Centro Commerciale Naturale 'Le Botteghe del Petrarca', which will be open all day. Among the stands will also be Aer's, where 'Rigiocattolo', the children's party dedicated to the free exchange of toys , will be held (11 a.m.-6 p.m. ). Children will be able to bring their own toy, leave it and take one of the recycled and available ones. The aim is to involve the youngest in the life of the community and make them understand that the things they no longer need can be useful to someone else.
Until 10 December, old toys that children no longer use can be handed in at the following shops: Ti Ci Porto Io travel agency (via XX Settembre, 50), Tenerezze (via XX Settembre, 26), Ferramenta Mugnai (via Petrarca, 86), Caffè il Ritrovo (piazza Santa Lucia), Bar Fernando (via Roma, 7), Ottica Aulo (via Roma, 11), Tabaccheria Segnali di fumo (via Roma, 69).
In the afternoon, on the other hand, the initiative "Al mio bel Castello Marcondirondello" is scheduled: a series of workshops and games for children - organised on the occasion of the National Day of Families at the Museum - dedicated to the discovery of the ancient "Castello dell'Ancisa". These activities include the treasure hunt that will take place along the Via Romea from 4.15 p.m. to 6 p.m., with stops at the Museum of Sacred Art and Casa Petrarca (departure from Piazza della Repubblica).
