As part of the Perlamora Festival, there are three events scheduled for Thursday, July 19, Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21 (9:30 p.m.).
Thursday evening's meeting is at Perlamora Center (Via Pavelli, Figline) with the director of the Department of Cardiac Surgery at Careggi Hospital, Dr. Pierluigi Stefanò, to talk about new medical horizons in his area of specialization.
On Friday, we will move instead to Sammezzano, for the presentation of the book "The Set of a Thousand and One Nights - The Castle of Sammezzano in the History of Cinema," written by Carlo Menicatti and published by the Regional Council of Tuscany. Together with the author will speak: Adele Bartolini, councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Reggello; Valentina Vadi, regional councilor; and Massimo Sottani, president of the Ferdinando Panciatichi Ximenes d'Aragona - Sammezzano Committee.
The history of the castle will be video projected during the evening.
Saturday's Perlamora Festival will close in the theater of the cultural center of the same name with a concert by Alessandro Baldi (singer-songwriter, winner of the 92 and 94 Sanremo Festival and the Braille Day Award in 2012 from the Gaslini Institute of Genoa).
