Following the cancellation of the appointments on Sunday, March 11, and March 18, due to bad weather, the olive pruning demonstration in Gaville will be offered again on Sunday, March 25, starting at 3 p.m. Organized in the olive grove near the Pieve, it is once again organized by the Gaville Farming Civilization House Association, which is dedicating it to those interested in trying or, simply, learning about this technique. Curating the meeting will be Paolo Mori, an olive-growing technician.
For the occasion, the House of Peasant Civilization will remain open and visitable. Participation is free and free of charge.
For those interested in putting the afternoon's teachings into practice, it is recommended to have suitable equipment (work shoes or boots, hacksaw and scissors).
