On Saturday, March 19, the Rovai Library (Parri Square, Incisa) will host a book presentation entitled "Silent Spring" by Rachel Carson (4-7 p.m.).
This is the third meeting in a thematic series on the relationship between man and nature, organized by the Zimmer club from February to April and curated by Martino Danielli, a natural science graduate and vice president of the WWF Siena section.
Five appointments in all - financed thanks to part of the proceeds from the June 2, 2015, concert in Figline, organized by the City Council Presidency - included in the broader container"Meetings in the Library": the series of events, quarterly and free of charge, that the City of Figline and Incisa Valdarno (in collaboration with the Zimmer club association, the Brick Club and the BiblioCoop) dedicates to adults to promote reading [for the full program click here ]
Parents who attend the meeting with their children can entrust them to volunteers from the association "The Brick Club," who will entertain them from 4 to 7 p.m. with a playful construction workshop.
Mario Danielli will return to Figline and Incisa Valdarno on April 2 (Ficino Library) and April 15 (Ficino Library).
