Meetings for children aged 7 to 11, included in the new edition of the "Literary Agenda" reading promotion event, will also start on Saturday, April 7. On the agenda for four weeks in a row are readings of the great classics and workshop activities, curated by the Conkarma association.
The first meeting on Saturday, April 7, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Marsilio Ficino Library (Via Locchi, Figline). It is there that readings from "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and a themed origami workshop will be held. The maximum number of participants is set at 15, so reservations are recommended by e-mail, writing to conkarma@conkarma.it, or calling 331.1380711.
Subsequent appointments will be held instead on April 14 (Rovai library; art workshop on "The Gabby and the Cat" by Luis Sepulveda), April 21 (Ficino library; origami workshop on "Cipì" by Mario Lodi) and April 28 (Rovai library; art workshop on "Fables on the Phone" by Gianni Rodari).
Please note that this spring cycle (April-May 2018) of thereading promotion review titled "Literary Agenda for a Reading Community" is also dedicated to children and adults and implemented by the municipality in collaboration with Conkarma, Circolo Fanin, Il Giardino Association, BiblioCoop reading point and Zimmer Club Association.
It is also recalled that the first meeting with authors, included in the same review, will also be held on Saturday 7 at the Ficino Library. The afternoon guest will be Lorenzo Mugnai, who will present his book "Sons of El" from 5:30 p.m.
