From Saturday, May 5, meetings for children ages 3 to 6, included in the spring edition of the "Literary Agenda" reading promotion event, will also start.
After concluding the workshops dedicated to the 7-11 age group, Conkarma Association is offering four more dates focusing on more or less scary stories and tales.
The first meeting on Saturday, May 5, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Marsilio Ficino Library (Via Locchi, Figline). The book chosen for the occasion is "The Goodnight Monster" by Ed Vere, centered on a misunderstanding: the little monster protagonist of the story, in fact, is not preparing to eat the little reader, but only to say good night.
The maximum number of participants is set at 15, so reservations are recommended by e-mail, writing to conkarma@conkarma.it, or calling 331.1380711.
Subsequent appointments will be held on May 12 (Rovai Library; book "Dirty Beasts" by Roald Dahl), May 19 (Ficino Library; book "On a Black Night" by Dorothee De Monfreid) and May 26 (Rovai Library; book "The Monster Who Loved Stories" by Sabine De Greef).
