Saturday, Feb. 10, will be the last event of the children's theater festival titled "In the Belly of the Whale," organized by the City of Figline and Incisa Valdarno and the Teatrombria Association to promote figure theater.
The show will start at 4:30 p.m. and will be hosted by the Salesian Cinema Theater (Via Roma - Figline), where the Instabile Quik company will perform "Zorba the Cat ."
THE STORY - The play is loosely based on a classic of children's literature ("Story of a Little Gull and the Cat Who Taught Her to Fly") by Luis Sepulveda .
The animals in the famous tale become a metaphor for man in a topical story that forces the characters to reconsider their nature and their role on the stage of life.
Tickets can be purchased directly on the evening of the performance. Admission: 5 euros adults, 1 euro for children up to 11 years old.
