Scheduled for Monday, Feb. 26, is the "Give Me Your Hand" initiative, promoted by Incisa merchants as a gesture of solidarity toward their colleagues in Norcia who suffered damage from the 2016 earthquake. The collaboration was born last year from an idea of "Arte & Capelli" by Monica Barucci and Valentino Troncellito, who felt the need to make professionalism and human closeness available to two colleagues from the Umbrian town, Michela and Valeria.
In the 2017 edition, in fact, some merchants from Figline and Incisa donated the proceeds of Valentine's Day to their colleagues in Norcia, but for the 2018 edition Michela and Valeria expressed the desire to be able to share their story and their journey. And so, in just a few days, a spontaneous word-of-mouth among merchants and the municipality (which sponsors the initiative) was activated. On Feb. 26 from 5:30 p.m. at Hotel Villa Casagrande (via Del Puglia, Figline) it will be a day of training, but above all of confrontation and sharing, testifying to how supportive and participatory communities can be built.
